Job Summary
The primary person responsible will able to deliver the required changes as per the requirement provided by the business teams. Should be able to come up with technical solution, manage/ guide the team for developing and testing the solution, coordinate with biz/ops and other technology teams wherever required.
Key Responsibilities

- At least 5+ years of experience in CICS or IMS, COBOL, PLI, DB2 & JCL Skills along with CAGEN
- At least 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle: independently design, build and deploy major technical changes
- At least 5+ years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Should be able to perform the system analysis of the AS-IS system and help in defining the requirements for the migration aspects.
- Should be able to perform the co-ordination with the different teams and create the integration strategy with Mainframe and other technology / applications.
- Should be open to work with the CAGEN COBOL (Training will be given) and able to perform the analysis of the applications in this technology.
- Having good knowledge in Life , P&C & Annuity insurance domain
- Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Nice to have Knowledge on Web service and mainframe utilities.
- Any certification in Insurance domain will be preferred.
