Looking for an SFDC admin/dev but main responsibilities would be configuration. Currently have 50 sales cloud licenses and 150 force.com but looking to grow in the next few years. Have bought 400 licenses. Will be doing a service cloud implementation in 2015. Currently he is the only one managing the SFDC environment from a DBA standpoint. Just hired an Admin/Dev full time who will start in 2-3 weeks. Has budget for 3 more hires. Would take someone who is interested in full time right off the bat or a CTH for 1-2 months. Most of the work has been around contact management and sales cloud.
Interview process: One with the manager and possibly one of his lleads then a face to face interview to meet the business.
Competition: Has an internal team but is not using any other agencies. We are the first one he reached out to. Last hire was from a referral (manager was a referral too) which they are really big on.
Skills Needed:
- Strong configuration
- Development skills but does not need to do Apex from scratch
- Web to lead integrations
- Exacttarget integration ( Also have RelateIq and thinking about
Pardot)
- Can work with the business, set up prototypes, make and
adjustments or suggestions
- Certifications 201 and 401, Sales or Service Cloud would be
nice to have
- The hire they just made was a referral- liked him because he
had a strong SFDC background, certifications, integration in
Oracle backend since that is what they are running
