Job Scope:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences through a combination of design and research methodologies. Your primary focus will be on crafting intuitive interfaces and interactions across various platforms, with a specialization in Chatbot, Voice Bot, or Contact Center applications. You will leverage your expertise in design thinking and user-centric approaches to drive the creation of seamless and engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX Design: Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
- Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
- Specialization in Chatbot/Voice Bot/Contact Center Applications: Apply your expertise in designing conversational interfaces for Chatbot or Voice Bot applications. Understand the nuances of Contact Center workflows and design intuitive solutions that streamline customer interactions.
- Design System Review: Evaluate existing design systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and evolve design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across products.
- Design Libraries Review: Assess design libraries and component libraries to ensure they align with best practices and support the creation of cohesive user experiences. Recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are exchanged, and feedback is welcomed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (9 years) in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Expertise in designing for Chatbot, Voice Bot, or Contact Center applications.
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and user research techniques.
- Solid understanding of design systems and design libraries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
