Requirements
- 5+ Years of management experience in IT Operations.
- 10+ Years of Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
- Proven experience supporting dynamic virtualized environments which span both on-premise VMWare clusters & cloud (AWS/Alibaba) environments running a combination of Linux & Windows
- Experience building an outsourced 24x7 NOC support model from RFI/RFC through launch which supports customers technical support needs.
- Understanding of server networking configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with security based process and successful audit completions for PCI, ISO, SOX, HIPAA, SSAE or SOC 2 .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 24x7 availability.
- Willingness to travel internationally to global data centers when required (<=25%).
