This position involves serving as a Business Analyst and Solution Architect within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem, focusing on the deployment and improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. The role requires comprehensive analysis, process and system impact assessments, and user experience enhancements in collaboration with the functional business team.
• Analyze the existing SFDC ecosystem and provide Business Analyst responsibilities during the rollout of the CLM tool.
• Review the impacts of processes and systems, and conduct functional user analysis with business teams utilizing the CLM tool.
• Implement CLM best business practices to enhance the overall experience for business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SFDC and CLM Solution Architect is preferable.
• Experience in onsite functional roles in at least two medium to large scale full-lifecycle SFDC/CLM implementations, with strong expertise in the Apttus/Conga CLM tool and at least two of the following Salesforce areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong functional knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, Contract Lifecycle Management processes including redlining, contract negotiation, 3rd party paper, approval workflows, fee schedules, etc.
• Required certifications in Apttus/Conga CLM and either SFDC Administrator or Developer.
• Ability to design and configure Apttus modules per business requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment.
• Experience with Jira Agile tool.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Additional Responsibilities:
• Consult, educate, facilitate, and communicate system tools/processes knowledge and application to all functional business stakeholders during the Apttus/Conga CLM tool implementation.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are necessary to liaise across Information Services teams, bridging functional and technical teams across on-site and offshore partners.
• Work with Development Teams to create functional specifications and present Proof of Concept / Conference Room Pilot to business stakeholders with solutions from System Architects.
• Coordinate with BA/test teams to develop and execute testing, remediate issues identified during test cycles, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CLM changes, including defect resolution.
• Participate in deployment planning and the final production deployment of solutions, and support users in any post-deployment issues.
