Senior SAP SD Consultant with Salesforce Integration Experience

Position: Senior SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Implementation and Support:

• Lead and manage the design, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions.
• Configure SAP SD modules, including pricing, order management, billing, and credit management.
• Conduct gap analysis, solution design, and testing to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

Salesforce Integration:

• Integrate SAP SD with Salesforce CRM for end-to-end sales process automation.
• Work on middleware solutions (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) for data synchronization between SAP and Salesforce.
• Ensure real-time data exchange and consistency between SAP and Salesforce systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Optimize existing SAP SD processes and integration points with Salesforce.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions for enhancing business performance.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain project documentation, including functional/technical specifications and integration workflows.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, compliance, and audit standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SD, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce integration with SAP SD.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies like SAP PI/PO, IDoc, API, and Web Services.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
