Senior Support Engineer, SAP XI/PI/PO Consultant
The company seeks a Senior Support Engineer with over 10 years of SAP XI/PI/PO Module experience. Responsibilities include providing remote support for critical SAP applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with clients globally. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP integration, ABAP skills, and experience with various adapters and mappings. Additionally, the role involves developing application fixes, managing key accounts, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of SAP XI/PI/PO configuration, installation, and administration
- Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, Enterprise Portal, and SAP ECC/S4HANA integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a 24/7 support environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- SAP certifications preferred
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules and industry solutions
- Consulting background and experience with global implementations
- Familiarity with SAP localizations and country-specific solutions
Location: fully remote working from Asia Pacific countries including : Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, or The Philippines. Duration: Renewing contracts, long term
