Job Responsibilities

 We are looking for IT digital operation manager who will be responsible for implementation of McDonald's campaign/Product/store digital Operation activities from IT operation view, it should be deployed with quality and quantity guaranteed

At the same time, he/she needs to have a strong sensitivity of operation data to help insight into business opportunities and help make decisions

Main responsibilities:

Cyber Security

• Ensure that the information security management system is established, implemented,

maintained and improved in accordance with the Loro Piana Corporate and LVMH Group

standards

• Manage a communication plan to promote security. Conduct (organize, deliver or supervise)

employee security awareness and training, developing secure business and communication

practices.

• Support obtaining of various cyber security certifications and renewal

• Identify regulatory and contractual requirements. Perform risk assessments. Define a

cybersecurity roadmap consistent with Loro Piana Corporate and LVMH Group overall strategy

• Adapt Loro Piana Corporate and LVMH Group Corporate security policies to the context of the

Region and publish them. Create and publish custom additional policies, procedures and

guidelines where needed. Make sure that these policies and procedures are communicated to all

personnel involved a

• Conduct a continual assessment of current IT security practices and systems and identifying

areas for improvement.

• Contribute to the security incidents management process, in cooperation with Loro Piana

Corporate. Oversee digital forensics investigations. Handle directly tricky incidents. Follow-up

backlog and response planning.

• Regularly report to the Information Security Committee on the performance and improvement

needs of the information security management system, including the operation of the

information security management system project, internal audits, third-party audits and

improvement needs.

• Responsible for the external liaison of information security management system related process

matters (government, cyber security department, 3rd parties, etc.)

• Ensure the localization coordination and implementation of information security projects.

• Improve the information security risk awareness of employees.

• Stay engaged in technology watch including contacts with special interest groups and

professional associations. Track innovations and keep abreast of latest cybersecurity

technologies. Maintain a current understanding the cyber threat landscape.

Project Management

• Coordinate or contribute to the implementation of processes and technical, organizational,

contractual and insurance-related measures related to applications, infrastructure and IT

services, to ensure data protection, availability of Information Systems and compliance with

internal and external cybersecurity standards.

• Lead the integration of Security and Privacy by Design in every IT and digital project with

different stakeholders, including security and compliance requirements, assessment of 3rd

parties and solutions, negotiation, risk assessment, selection of appropriate controls and risk

treatments plans, participation in steering committees and recurrent audits. Gives advices about

security to Business, Risk, Legal, HR, Safety, IS&T and Digital Departments.

Personal qualifications:

• 5 year working experience in IT operation domain and cyber security domain.

• Bachelor degree or above on related major

• Customer Focus; Able to multitask in stressful situations

• Self-motivated manner, proactive, energetic and be able to work under pressure

• Quick learner, team player, think proactively.

• Familiar with China cyber security law and Personal Information Protection law; CISM or CISSP is

a plus.

• Ability to coordinate solution by dealing with multiple support team and users

• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Strong problem analysis and solving skill

• Experience on digital projects and user training is a plus
