Job Responsibilities
Overview To enhance Global-corporate application team (HR), we are aiming to expand Global-h
eadquarter function. This position is expected to work as a virtual global-headquarter team for s
everal years and potentially move to Japan or other regions in the future. Description
・To lead business improvement and deployment of system change in the HR area. Improve pr
ocesses to avoid recurring issues, and stabilize support needs
・As member of global IT team,analyze and enhance system to realize requirement from HR t
eam
・Coordinate with business and vender to ensure projects can be completed on time and reach
goals
Requirements
Language MUST:Fluency in spoken/written English(CET6 / TOEIC 800 or above)
Experience Must ・ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
・ At least 5+ years' work experience, 3+ years’ system maintenance, implementation experienc
e
・ Experience in IT solution for HR area
・ 1-3 years of foreign enterprise or global team working experience Preferred
・ Have PMP, Prince2 and other project management certification
・ Experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering) activities for HR area
・ HR core system experience for configuration, report creation, integration development, include
but not limited to below systems: ⮚ SAP HCM, Success Factor EC Pay ⮚ Workday HCM, Recr
uiting, Learning modules ⮚ SAP Workforce or other T&A systems Others
・ Candidate based in Shanghai need traveling to Japan and other Country
・ Expect transfer to Japan after some years’ working in China Personality
・ Sense of collaboration across different specialties /teams to achieve common business goals
(Especially between business and IT)
・ Outgoing, good communication, rigorous and responsible
・ Self-motivated, independent, able to plan and execute
・ Ability to logically infer and solve technical problems ・ Quality and cost driven
