- A minimum of 1 years of business analysis or project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Technology department
- Highly organized and efficient – you get things done
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, exercise good judgment and keep team members appropriately informed
- Can operate effectively under pressure, and has the capability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies, familiarity with Jira and Testing Integrations from HRIS
- Understanding of Workday integrations (preferred)
- Working knowledge of integrations between SmartRecruiters and Workday (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of ATS (SmartRecruiters + Workday Recruit) and recruiting tools administration and customization (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience working as an ATS administrator (preferred)
