Duties:
Slack Chatbot Development: Able to build an interactive chatbots for Slack which is designed to gather insights directly from users within our Slack environment.
Data Analytics & Algorithm: Proficient in defining and refining algorithms that normalize and weight data effectively based on a variety of factors.
Database Management & Integration: Experienced in working with large databases and integrating tools with current employee databases and HR systems e.g. Workday for retrieval of information like employee directories.
Security & Privacy: Understanding in data privacy regulations and ability to implement secure systems to safeguard sensitive employee data.
Agile Development & Prototyping: Capable of working in an agile environment to swiftly iterate based on user feedback to improve the tool continuously.
Skills:
Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaborative skills for working effectively with diverse stakeholders such as HR, IT, and end-users to ensure their needs are understood and met.
Change Management: Knowledgeable in change management principles to smoothly rollout and drive adoption of a tool throughout the organization.
Experience with HR Tool: Experienced in developing and utilizing HR tools particularly those focused on performance management including a baseline understanding in the key metrics and analytics related to employee performance.
Scalability & Reliability: Capable of building a robust tool that scales well and remains reliable despite demands of a large organization without frequent downtimes or issues.
