- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, with expertise in CMDB design and development.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices, particularly in the areas of Configuration Management and Asset Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
