Summary: The main function of a content specialist writes, develops, edits, and publishes content and copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the content development process with the relevant SMEs and collaborators to ensure content is developed and delivered to standard. Implement the process that consists of planning, production, approval, submission and publication of content across various Atlassian platforms (will include all internal messaging platforms, but may also include some external) Develop easy to understand guidelines for stakeholders on how they can submit content for development. To include: providing clear timelines, and adherence to project management best practices, to ensure Project/Program managers know when to expect content, how to contribute to reviews etc. Skills: Effective oral and written communication. Problem-solving skills. Strategic and organizational planning skills.
