Mission
The Cyber Service Delivery manager will assist the Core IT SDM Delivery leads in implementing governance and processes with suppliers and partners to secure initiatives’ execution, on time, quality and budget.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following activities and functions:
● Share Security & Compliance, SASE roadmap information with suppliers and secure related delivery, with regular review of priorities
● Follow delivery with suppliers, facilitating any decision or escalation
● Performance follow-up of suppliers and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, Financials
● Support platform engineers and leads in driving performance of suppliers
● Develop best practices framework on way of working: templates, presentations, resource & capacity management.
● Develop strategic relationships with partners and vendors
● Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with suppliers
Day to Day activities
● Manage the move to run of the new Cyber, SASE services that will be deployed in the next coming months
● Align / Optimize ITSM tool to ensure the service delivery
● Define and track relevant metrics for the suppliers’ performance, with the aim to drive and increase quality of deliveries
● Build and run efficient communications on activities (internal & external)
