Job Description
Drive digital engagement and adoption with global sales teams and customers
• Partner with global sales teams across company to drive the commercial success of NZMP and AFP Digital programmes and customer adoption of the platform
• Drive digital adoption, review data around customer adoption and transactions and work with members of the wider NZMP and AFP Digital programmes team to solve these issues for the company sales teams
• Champion the sales voice in the wider NZMP and AFP Digital programme teams
• Support the development and rollout of sales team digital capability assets and training to support the growth and adoption of NZMP and AFP Digital programmes
• Support a sustainable feedback cycle for platform improvement ideas and feedback from global sales through to product teams, enabling improved digital solutions to improve efficiencies and service levels
Promote NZMP and AFP Digital programmes across the business
• Support Head of Transformation to embed NZMP and AFP Digital programmes key messages with global sales teams and more widely across the company business, working closely with the NZMP and AFP Marketing team
• Support the Digital Channel Innovation team to communicate progress and process to senior stakeholders
• Develop communications which engage and educate across the sales and sales operations networks, share learnings, and inspire change
• Support the continued building of a positive reputation and respect within the organization for the digital programme by demonstrating success and progress
Drive change management across the programme
• Support the development and implementation of change management plans and communication to ensure the success of the overall digital transformation
• Act as an expert for change and continuous improvement, providing strategic and tactical challenge to get the best outcome and ensuring alignment with wider programme objectives, maximizing the utilization of digital assets
• For new feature development support impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholder needs, and design appropriate and fit for purpose implementation plans to ensure success
• Provide advice to key stakeholders on change readiness, required capability shifts, and execution to ensure that new tools are well embedded
• Help to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, risks, and adoption across global sales teams and our customers

• Identify and report all hazards and incidents.
• Participate fully in the Health & Safety improvement process.
• Co-operate fully in any injury management process to ensure full participation in the workforce after being cleared fit for duties by a registered medical practitioner.
Food Safety and Quality Accountabilities
• Be familiar with and comply with all aspects of company’s food quality systems, policies, and processes.
• Identify and report all food safety and quality hazards or breaches.
• Report any instance of suspected and confirmed contagious/infectious diseases which have the potential to implicate food safety, including any instance of vomiting, diarrhoea, or blood-borne infections. This includes, but is not limited to, any local regulatory requirements.
Environmental and Sustainability Accountabilities
• Be familiar with and comply with all elements of company’s environmental management systems, policies, and processes as they are relevant to their role.
• Identify and report all environmental risks, incidents, and complaints.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s sustainability goals.
• Contribute to improving practices and identify and report all concerns of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Qualifications
• A relevant tertiary qualification ideally in commerce/business or marketing
Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales operations or change management particularly in relation to growing new sales channels
• Experience developing change strategies and delivering end-to-end complex transformation within large scale organisations, with a proven track record of successful delivery
• Demonstrated ability to work across business units to drive business growth and embed change in day-to-day operational reality and support the realisation of the benefits from the transition

• Proven evidence of strong problem solving and analysis skills.
• Highly developed influencing and communication skills across all levels. Skilled communicator (verbal, written and influencing). Strong ability to discuss insights and recommendations with senior internal stakeholders
