Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite providing on-going
support to end users;
Utilize NetSuite CSV imports to cleanse, update and/or import new data into the system;
Work with various business process owners to analyze business process/data gaps and translate into
technical or functional requirements for NetSuite to evaluate applicable solutions;
Provide NetSuite technical training, support and documentation to end users as needed;
Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support tasks for all NetSuite
applications and associated financial systems;
Actively participate in system enhancements including minor development enhancements, testing, data
validation, documentation, end user support and on-going application maintenance
Ensure end users and the Company are maximizing the functionality, utility, and “Best Practices” of
NetSuite
Review and modify existing NetSuite set-up including configuration of custom fields, dashboards, and
reports;
