This client is creating from scratch an SAP Competence Center to support their roadmap of transformation and the smooth run of their IT operations. ASSIGNMENTS
As part of a digital transformation program, our client is recruiting an IT Project Manager SAP SuccessFactors.
Reporting to the head of the HRIS division, you will be in charge of the design of the HR modules and will have to ensure that all the projects implemented give rise to a flexible and sustainable solution.
As an expert, you will be responsible for (non-exhaustive list):
Validate all the functional architecture on the HR part as well as the integration points with other solutions (intranet, payroll system, e-learning solution, etc.)
Be the guarantor of the consistency of specific developments as well as the quality of incoming and outgoing interfaces (and associated deliverables)
You will be required to work not only on SuccessFactors, but also on other technologies, software and products in order to help HR application managers (Service Now, etc.) in the design of their interfaces. .
PROFILE
With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of professional experience on the subjects of the Employee Central / On Boarding modules of SuccessFactors and integration technologies in SAP (API and/or Mulesoft etc…).
The international environment requires that you have fluent English both written and spoken.
