Roles & Responsibilities
• Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
• Translating and simplifying requirements. Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
• Leading and/or participated in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
• Analyzing change considering current business processes, and assessing the impact on other processes.
• Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.
• Proficiently structuring parallel tasks and prioritizing and finishing tasks within the planned period by well-developed accountability.
Requirements
• SAP HR Implementation Experience 5+ Years with at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• Experience in Time Module (PCR, Schema, Work Schedule Rule Configuration, Holiday Calendar Config, Attendances, Time Types etc.)
• Knowledge of Integration with Payroll Module.
• Basic Knowledge of LDB, HR Authorization, and Debugging.
