Title:SC Data Product Mgr
Working Location:Shanghai
Principal Accountabilities:
1. In charge of the design and implementation of supply chain data products; target at the digitalization of supply chain, set up data platform which shall be flexible for further extension, with reasonable architecture, e.g. big data platform, data monitoring, data labeling, data modeling, industry research, etc.; driving the product iteration, and the new product realization according to the users’ requirements;
2. Keep sound communication with business and operation team, deep dive in the requirements of users and get to their real pain points; summarizing business process and concluding as digital solution;
3. In charge of the design of architecture and prototype, and draft product documents, e.g.PRD, user manual;
4. Cooperate with development, algorithm, PM, set up project plan and assuring the execution;
5. In charge of business study and requirement digging, abstract and model business scenarios properly, continuously improve data products, and look into the value of supply chain data; absorb advanced industry trend and latest strategy direction, analyze supply chain operation tactics.
Minimum/Preferred Requirements:
Qualifications and technical competencies required:
· 8+ years in-depth knowledge and experience in supply chain management of Fast Food Market in China and 5+ years proven experience in transforming data assets into productivity
· Familiar with the logic and functions of common products in supply chain management, and experience in self-developed system products is preferred
· Have clear product concept and strong product design capability, proficient in product design tools; be good at business analysis methodology, excellent data modelling & analysis capability, fair quantitative analysis ability and data-driven decision-making consciousness
· Excellent logical thinking ability, good understanding, communication and promotion ability, strong business sensitivity, fast learning ability
· Sufficient English and computer skills
