Necessary:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise & business knowledge in the Pharma/Biotech/Dia/information industry and associated processes, preferred with experiences in Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Domain knowledge in Technical Operations (Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics).
• System Integration skills around ERP, LIMS, MES to support an End 2 End Supply Chain
• Expertise in multiple technologies domains (e.g. networks, systems, databases, security, etc.)
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Remains “evergreen” and keeps up-to-date with technology trends and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains
• Proven experience of creating architecture designs using a formal architecture framework methodology – TOGAF, Zachman.
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large groups. Person must have demonstrated ability to work across organizations.
• Demonstrated effective oral, written, public, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to frame complex issues and persuade a wide and diverse audience
• Ability to gain immediate respect and credibility with internal stakeholders and with executives
• Sound and mature business judgment capable of contributing on a broad range of strategic topics, not just technology issues
• Demonstrated ability to be a Strategic thought leader who has the ability to envision the future and recognizes and values the potential that IT can have on the organization and can communicate that vision to client executives
