Key Responsibilities:
- SAP HR Implementation:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide expertise in SAP HR best practices and contribute to the continual improvement of HR systems.
- SuccessFactors Expertise:
- Drive the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor SuccessFactors functionalities accordingly.
- Employee Central Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Employee Central, ensuring accurate employee data management and system performance.
- Provide end-user support and training to enhance the utilization of Employee Central capabilities.
- Integration and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Employee Central.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and facilitate effective data flow.
- Data Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports to extract meaningful insights from HR data, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
