Tell us a little bit about yourself.
"I started my career in 2015, where I delved into the world of technology project management. Since then, I’ve been working hard to enhance my skills and knowledge, developing comprehensive expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to work in different sectors, gaining a diverse perspective and adaptability to deal with the specific challenges of each area.
I currently have the privilege of being part of a retail sector company, where I play a key role in the project management team. I work closely with directors and high-level executives, leading strategic projects that drive the growth and success of the organization. My ability to understand the needs of different stakeholders, align strategic goals with technological solutions, and manage cross-functional teams has been essential to the success of these projects."
Tell us a little about your most recent K2 project.
“I recently led improvement projects for an enterprise resource management software solutions company, working on its IT data journey and registration. I participated in decision-making processes at all organizational levels and observed the entire value chain of the company."
What do you enjoy most about your job?
"I particularly enjoy the autonomy my job offers. I have the freedom to make my own decisions."
Which technical development do you think will have the biggest impact on your field or the wider world of IT over the next couple of years?
"Definitely, Artificial Intelligence. It’s already making huge waves in our industry and I can’t wait to see even more benefits and innovations in the future."
What advice would you give to someone who is starting out as a freelance IT consultant?
"First, ensure you organize your time well. Then make sure you maintain your commitment to creating the best solution and outcome for each project you work on. These tips will lead to the best result for the client and your career."
