・入社当初は以下の何れかに従事する想定。 ①業務系システム（ERP含む）の構想策定、要件定義、構築、移行、展開 ②ITインフラ基盤刷新の企画、要件定義、構築、移行、展開 ③情報セキュリティに関わるルールの策定、必要な施策の企画/実行 ④ITを活用した業務効率化・高度化の推進 ・その後は部内ローテションに従って上項業務を担当。本人希望や適性を踏まえ、海外現地法人及び事業会社にて上記業務に従事することもある
